In the ancient yogic tradition, Kundalini is symbolized as a serpent coiled three and a half times at the base of the spine — in the Muladhara (Root) Chakra — resting in a dormant state. This sacred energy lies within the subtle body, which also holds our chakras, nadis (energy channels), emotions, mental patterns, and energetic imprints of past experiences.

Kundalini Shakti is the divine spiritual power present in every human being. It is the primordial energy of creation itself. When this energy remains asleep, we live primarily identified with the body and mind. But when it is safely awakened under the guidance of an awakened Master, it begins to rise through the central channel (Sushumna Nadi), purifying and activating each chakra along the way.

As Kundalini ascends, it guides the seeker toward deeper inner presence, light, and unconditional love. It dissolves the limited sense of self and leads to the direct experience of union with the ultimate reality — the pure consciousness from which we are never truly separate.
