Green Sankalp

Our sacred commitment to protect and nurture Mother Earth

A Spiritual Responsibility Towards Nature

At Aadya Dadaji Spiritual Foundation, care for the Earth is not seen as a separate social activity — it is an essential part of spiritual life. Green Sankalp is our collective pledge to live in harmony with nature, protect the environment, and leave a greener planet for future generations.

Why Green Sankalp Matters

The ancient rishis of India always lived in deep connection with nature. Forests, rivers, mountains, and the sky were not treated as resources to be exploited, but as living expressions of the Divine. Swami Shivanand Dadaji’s teachings also remind us that true spirituality cannot exist in isolation from the well-being of the planet we inhabit.

Today, when the Earth is facing unprecedented challenges — deforestation, pollution, climate imbalance, and loss of biodiversity — it becomes the duty of every sincere seeker to respond with awareness and action. Green Sankalp is our response to this call.

Through tree plantation drives, awareness programs, eco-friendly practices at centres, and inspiring devotees to adopt sustainable living, we aim to turn spiritual values into practical care for the environment.

Our Green Commitments
  • Regular tree plantation at centres and villages
  • Promotion of eco-friendly practices during events
  • Minimizing plastic usage in ashram activities
  • Awareness sessions on sustainable living
  • Encouraging organic and mindful consumption
  • Protecting local greenery and water sources

Areas of Action

🌳
Tree Plantation

Regular plantation drives are organized at Aadya Dham, various centres, and nearby villages to increase green cover and restore ecological balance.

♻️
Eco-Friendly Events

During large gatherings, yagya, and festivals, conscious efforts are made to reduce waste, avoid single-use plastic, and maintain cleanliness of the surroundings.

🌍
Awareness & Education

Through talks and interactions, devotees are encouraged to adopt simple yet meaningful green habits in their daily lives and inspire others around them.

“Caring for the Earth is not separate from caring for the soul. When we protect nature, we protect the very ground on which spiritual life can flourish. Green Sankalp is our humble offering at the feet of Mother Earth.”
